“My Account” is a self-service tool providing 24-hour access to your Plan information for those currently enrolled. My Account is mobile friendly and will work on any Android, iPhone or Tablet in addition to your personal computer.
When to Contact the Clariant Retiree Benefit Center
The Clariant Retiree Benefit Center customer service representatives are available between the hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm EST to assist you. Our dedicated toll-free phone number is 1-855-236-5992. You can also email for assistance at retiree.service@mercer.com.
The Clariant Retiree Benefit Center will be responsible for communicating all member enrollments and eligibility to each of the carriers. If there are any questions regarding the activation of your coverage with a carrier you will need to contact the Clariant Retiree Benefit Center.

All monthly bills generate the first Saturday of each month for the next month’s premium due. Below is an example of how the billing process works:
